Installing a new system usually means that its users have to learn new skills. We offer training in the following areas:

• The new system:
  Dealing with the system functions, the (XML) editor, content management and the publishing mechanisms more confidently and efficiently
• New processes:
  As a rule, installing a new system also entails new workflows, new release mechanisms, etc.
• Capturing standardized content:
  It is essential that the specifications of the data model are adhered to. Training includes defined standard wording, breaking down content into modules, etc.

We have developed and tested various methods and formats for doing this: We can prepare training and draw up the instruction material. Alternatively, we can fill the system with initial content and/or generate sample documents. Experienced consultants and/or technical editors train and coach you at your office.

A style guide describes how to use the data model. Thanks to the many examples included, it is a valuable reference work to help authors write user-friendly texts.
