Rather than using an external consultant throughout the project, it sometimes makes more sense to call one in at critical stages of the project. We are aware of this need and adapt our services accordingly.

We offer our consulting services at any stage of the project: Strategy development, initialization, analysis, design, implementation or roll-out. At defined milestones, for example, or simply when resources become scarce.

Coaching and feedback – when you need it

We coach you or act as a facilitator in sensitive situations. Using our procedure model, we show you what matters, define the requirements and control the result, if you wish.

We train you to use the system efficiently or carry out proofreading. Based on our feedback, you can improve the quality of your publications.
