eCl@ss, ETIM, BMEcat and co.
In recent years, various classification systems for catalogue data have emerged, such as eCl@ss. This has arisen from the need to simplify the exchange of data between suppliers and customers across different companies. Some sectors have even developed special classification standards, such as ETIM for the electrical engineering industry.
Further standards currently include Proficl@ss, UNSPSC and PROLIST®International.
The classified product data can then be exported into more common exchange formats such as BMEcat. Other examples include DATANORM, EPLAN, ELDANORM and PRICAT.
We take the classifications and standards listed here into account in our catalogue projects and integrate them into our processes.
We support you in classifying your product data and offer comprehensive advice.
